Monetari provides tokenization infrastructure, compliance solutions, and related digital asset services to institutional clients. The Site serves as an informational and contact channel only. It does not constitute a financial services offering, investment advice, or a regulated financial product.

You may use the Site solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
